The Impact You'll Make
As our PM Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing team. You'll ensure that every parcel, pallet, and product moves through our warehouse with speed, accuracy, and care. This is a hands-on leadership role mainly dealing with driver returns.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 warehouse operatives during the afternoon shift (1pm till 10pm).
- Oversee the safe and efficient unloading, loading, and sorting of goods.
- Coordinate with transport teams.
- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work.
