The Impact You'll Make
As a Shift Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our distribution centre during your shift. Reporting directly to the operations manager, you'll lead teams of warehouse operatives, supervisors, and transport office staff. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to meet customer expectations, maintain safety standards, and keep operations running like clockwork.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate to achieve daily KPIs.
- Oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
- Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet fluctuating demand.
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
- Collaborate with transport teams to coordinate timely deliveries.
- Use management systems to track performance and identify process improvements.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
