The Impact You'll Make
As our Night Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing night shift team. You'll ensure that every parcel, pallet, and product moves through our warehouse with speed, accuracy, and care. This is a hands-on leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of 20-25 warehouse operatives during the night shift (10pm-0700am) (11pm-0800hrs).
- Oversee the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of goods.
- Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, dispatch times, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with transport teams.
- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work.
- Inventory management, checking goods for damage/missing items.
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly to keep the night running smoothly.
- Where appropriate, elevate the issue to a more senior member of staff.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a fast-paced logistics environment.

- Ideally, you will hold a current counterbalance forklift licence or have previous experience.
