Our client is a market leading manufacturing business and they are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team: working closely with the Head of Marketing, and the rest of the marketing team, to execute the marketing plan and strategy. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and analyse market trends to drive successful marketing campaigns. If you are passionate about marketing and have experience in B2B environments, this could be the job for you.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B context
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and techniques: including email marketing, graphic design/artwork, social channels, video and photography, website management, direct mail, SEO and PPC
- A strong desire to understand the products, processes and market within the stone industry
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
- Work well with the existing Marketing Team but also willing to work and develop relationships with the other teams within this business
- A flair for creativity, initiative, proactivity and passion to deliver results at a consistent high standard
- Experience in using a CRM system to develop, manage track campaigns and campaign performance
