Goole, East Yorkshire - hybrid - 3 days a week in the office. Our client is looking for a Digital Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy and help drive real, measurable business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own their presence across every online channel and turn data-driven insight into results that matter.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and running digital strategy across social, email, SEO, PPC and content marketing
- Managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms) to maximise ROI and hit KPIs
- Driving website performance and conversion rate optimisation
- Tracking performance through analytics and reporting, turning data into clear recommendations
- Managing budgets and relationships with agencies, vendors and tech partners
- Keeping us ahead of the curve on digital trends and best practice
- Planning and delivering events, trade shows and webinars that boost brand visibility (around 30% of the role although previous events experience is not essential)
- Working closely with sales, product and operations to keep everything joined up
