Our client, a growing online retail business is looking for an Ecommerce Manager, who will be responsible for maximising revenue through the website by analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, improve UX/UI, and ensure website operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse website KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Execute A/B testing on product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes to optimise conversions.
- Continuously monitor and improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX/UI.
- Implement and optimise upselling, cross-selling, and bundling opportunities.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, LuckyOrange etc.) to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on website performance against revenue, traffic, and conversion targets.
- Use heatmaps and behavior tracking to identify and fix bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with inter team members and external agencies to align website campaigns with paid ads, SEO, and email marketing strategies.
- Develop promotional strategies, such as discount campaigns, flash sales, and product launches.
- Work with marketing to optimise product listings, images, and descriptions to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Improve the post-purchase experience with automated email flows, personalised recommendations.
- Enhance the website’s social proof with customer reviews, testimonials, and trust badges.
