We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing activity across our brand. This is a varied role requiring a strong blend of creativity, commercial awareness, project management and analytical thinking.

The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing campaigns, product launches, email and SMS marketing, influencer and ambassador programmes, events, website content, and agency relationships. They will work collaboratively across the business to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management & Brand Marketing
    • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across multiple channels.
    • Ensure all campaign activity is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with brand objectives.
    • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Support the planning and development of future marketing initiatives and annual marketing calendars.
    • Maintain strong brand consistency across all marketing activity.
  • Content Creation & Brand Assets
    • Lead and support content creation projects, including photography and video shoots.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content.
    • Ensure all creative output reflects brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, build, scheduling and reporting.
    • Manage customer journeys, automated flows and SMS communications.
    • Continuously analyse performance metrics and implement optimisation strategies to improve engagement, conversion and customer retention.
  • Social Media
    • Support the development and execution of social media strategy across key platforms.
    • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to internal teams.
    • Ensure social activity aligns with wider marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Website & Customer Experience
    • Collaborate with merchandising and wider business teams to ensure campaign landing pages, website content and promotional activity are delivered on schedule.
    • Review website performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimisation and improved user experience.
    • Ensure website activity supports broader campaign, email and SMS marketing plans.
  • Influencer & Ambassador Marketing
    • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and content creators.
    • Coordinate communications, product seeding, content approvals and ongoing engagement activities.
    • Work closely with agency partners to ensure influencer activity aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
    • Measure and report on influencer performance, ROI and overall programme effectiveness.
    • Maximise the use of influencer-generated content across marketing channels.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external agencies, freelancers and marketing partners.
    • Develop clear briefs, provide feedback and manage approvals to ensure work is delivered to the required standard.
    • Build strong internal and external relationships and confidently manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Hold suppliers and partners accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Events & Brand Representation
    • Support the planning, organisation and execution of events, exhibitions and industry showcases.
    • Represent the business at internal and external events when required.
    • Deliver presentations and communicate confidently with a range of audiences.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Produce regular performance reports across all marketing channels.
    • Analyse data and marketing performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Monitor budgets, costs and marketing ROI to support commercial decision-making.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of budgets, costs and return on investment.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive and hands-on approach.
