As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will develop, own, and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns focused on driving B2B customer acquisition, retention, crucial category cross-sell, and repeat business. You'll utilise both online and some offline channels, manage the B2B marketing budget, and relentlessly focus on maximising revenue growth and ROI. A key, exciting part of this role involves leading the marketing launch and ongoing growth of the new B2B ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Own the marketing launch plan and ongoing growth strategy for the new B2B website.
- Act as the primary B2B marketing lead, briefing and coordinating effectively with internal teams.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, generate qualified leads, and develop impactful sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies etc.).
- Design and implement targeted programmes to boost B2B customer retention, repeat spend, and cross-category purchasing.
- Develop and execute a sustainable B2B customer acquisition plan, reducing long-term reliance on paid advertising.
- Build and manage a 12-month B2B campaign calendar covering all relevant product categories.
- Develop a deep understanding of our B2B target audience, personas, buying journeys, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget effectively, tracking spend and reporting on ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and market data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive measurable results, ideally within an ecommerce or direct-to-business product environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-channel campaigns (including digital: SEO, PPC, Email, Content, Social; and potentially offline: Direct Mail, Events, Print).
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer behaviour, motivations, and decision-making processes.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B marketing toolkit, both online and offline.
- Excellent analytical skills – you can interpret web, CRM, and sales data to find actionable insights and measure ROI.
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate business objectives into creative, effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in launching new brands, products, or websites is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams (Sales, Content, Ecommerce, etc.) and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials is highly desirable.
- A results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving growth and profitability.
