This is an ideal opportunity for a bright articulate IT Helpdesk/Service Desk Advisor, looking to progress their career with a forward thinking IT Helpdesk company based in West Malling, Kent. The role is office based.

As our IT Technical Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact between users and the Service Desk team, providing 1st line IT support to users predominantly within the hotel and leisure industry.

The Role:
  • Providing prompt and proficient technical support via email and phone
  • Identifying, diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
  • Out of Hours Support: 1-2 Saturday Mornings per month after training completed (overtime paid)
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
  • 12-18 months experience in a 1st line technical support role
  • Proficient in Office365 including Exchange online, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune, Entra
  • SaaS/Cloud Based applications
  • Antivirus Software ESET, McAfee or similar
  • Basic Firewall knowledge
  • Imaging Software
  • Security Principles - XDR, phishing attacks

You will be technically competent, and customer focussed, with excellent communication skills, able to use your own initiative, and work well within a fast paced environment. Your attention to detail, as well as your enthusiasm and commitment to learning, will contribute towards a fun and rewarding career and you can take a break from your desk in our staff area where free drinks and snacks are available.

This is an office based role in West Malling, Kent with onsite presence required 5 days a week. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
