We're looking for an experienced therapist who delivers world-class treatments and helps lead, coach, and elevate the spa team.
What you'll do
- Deliver expert treatments to the highest standard of safety, care, and detail
- Coach and mentor the therapist team to ensure a consistent 5★ guest experience
- Own your retail and treatment revenue targets through upselling and repeat bookings
- Lead opening/closing standards, training logs, stock control, and room readiness
- Champion guest confidentiality, hygiene, and health & safety across the spa
What you bring
- 5+ years performing therapy services in a 5★ establishment or wellness centre
- 2+ years in a senior role
- Internationally recognized therapy qualification (massage therapy licence / aesthetics)
- Bonus: Thai massage, shiatsu, reflexology, singing bowls, or similar specialisms
- Excellent communication in Arabic and/or English (a third language is a plus)
