We’re seeking a PR Account Director to join a specialist PR agency working at the heart of luxury travel and hospitality. The agency has an impressive list of clients across hotel groups, destinations and travel brands. The agency is a values‑led agency with a big reputation, built on trust, creativity and long‑term client partnerships.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position for a commercially astute PR professional who can own client relationships, shape agency thinking and drive performance. You’ll act as senior counsel to clients, oversee high‑impact PR campaigns, and ensure exceptional standards across strategy and delivery. You’ll also play a key role in developing talent, strengthening client partnerships and contributing to agency growth. You will have a strong background in luxury travel with excellent contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor.
- Set PR strategy for luxury travel and hospitality accounts, aligned to commercial objectives.
- Oversee delivery of creative, integrated campaigns across media, partnerships and talent.
- Secure and influence top‑tier coverage across travel, luxury, lifestyle and business media.
- Direct and mentor account teams, ensuring quality, pace and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business conversations.
- Protect and enhance the agency’s reputation through excellence and leadership.
