Press & Media Relations Lead (In-House)

Offices in Central London. Hybrid working, plus flexi-time.

£60-£75K – 2 Days a week in the Central London office.

We are seeking an in-house Press & Media Relations Lead for a global award-winning tech company who build bespoke solutions for the public and private sector across a vast range of industries including EU Institutions, healthcare, taxation, education, housing and development, immigration, climate and sustainability, transportation, financial services, energy & utilities, Telco, logistics, retail, manufacturing and much more.

  • A natural storyteller with a proven track record in media relations, coming from IT or b2b consultancy.

  • Strong network across national, trade, and broadcast press.
  • \\n

  • First-class communicator, confident in copywriting, pitching, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • \\n

  • Resilient, fast-paced, and at your best when the news cycle is moving quickly.
  • \\n

  • Journalism, PR, or communications background ideal.
  • \\n

  • Craft punchy, news-led pitches and secure standout coverage across top-tier outlets and industry publications.
  • \\n

  • Lead proactive and reactive press activity, spotting stories and responding rapidly to the news agenda.
  • \\n

  • Act as a trusted spokesperson, ensuring consistent and positive representation of the business.
  • \\n

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and editors in tech, business, and public sector media.
  • \\n

  • Monitor coverage and sentiment, providing insight and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • \\n

  • Support executives with media training, prepping them for interviews, briefings, and public appearances.

  • Manage crisis communications with clarity and confidence.
