Our client is a successful, family-owned food manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and customer service.

Supplying leading retailers, coffee shops, and major institutionsacross the UK with high quality, fresh, sustainable food while being ever mindful of their environmental impact.

Over the past 5 years they have entered an exciting period of growth (doubling in size) after winningnational awards for quality and sustainability, but they don't want to stand still and fully intend to keep this momentum going andgrow further.

With this in mind, they want to expand their Marketing team and are now seekinga talented Senior Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function, leading campaigns, product launches, brand development and internal communications while working closely with senior leadership to support ambitious commercial goals.

Reporting to the Marketing & Digitalisation Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, supporting business development and delivering integrated marketing activity across multiple channels.

Working alongside Commercial, Product Development, HR and external agencies, you'll ensure marketing is creative, commercially focused and aligned with the company's growth strategy.
