We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join a well-established professional organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering clear, engaging communications while managing a small team and supporting wider business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in B2B financial services or professional services, along with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and implement communications plans aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Lead and develop a small communications team, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content across digital channels, publications, and member communications.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external suppliers.
  • Support sponsorship, partnership, and revenue-generating communications activity.
  • Monitor performance and engagement across key channels, using insights to refine messaging.
About You
  • Proven experience in a communications, PR, or marketing leadership role.
  • Background in financial services or professional services is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines in a collaborative environment.
What’s on Offer
