Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in The United Kingdom in an execution-focused role in operations or expansion teams, preferably at a B2B Saas company
  • Deep experience in UK HR, payroll and benefits experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills working with multiple complex interdependent workstreams and organizing internal and external teams against tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience understanding legal processes and regulations is a plus
  • Specific experience in UK employer-of-record (EOR) and international products is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
