How You Will Do Your Work
As a Country Lead, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes are anchored in the following competencies:

Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in The United Kingdom in an execution-focused role in operations or expansion teams, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep experience in UK HR, payroll and benefits experience
- Demonstrated project management skills working with multiple complex interdependent workstreams and organizing internal and external teams against tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience understanding legal processes and regulations is a plus
- Specific experience in UK employer-of-record (EOR) and international products is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
