What will you be doing
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns independently using our proprietary internal tools.
- Work on an exciting range of content – from indie films to major blockbusters and global series launches.
- Define media strategies and plan budgets – you’ll decide how and where to invest for maximum impact.
- Experiment and optimise – bring new ideas to enhance campaign performance and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Intelligence teams to achieve brilliant campaign results.
- Serve as the go-to contact for clients and agencies, managing relationships with clarity and confidence.
What we need from you
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid online marketing, both operationally and strategically.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics. DV360 is a plus.
- A hands-on mindset with a proactive, independent approach to your work.
- Professional and articulate communication skills – especially when dealing with clients.
- A quick learner who enjoys picking up new skills and improving processes.
- Excellent English skills – ideally native or near-native, as you’ll be focusing on UK, AU, and NZ campaigns.
- A results-driven approach and a genuine sense of ownership over your projects.
- You’re already based in London, have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship), and can occasionally meet with clients or colleagues in person.
