JustWatch is a data‑driven digital marketing company serving the global entertainment industry, from major movie blockbusters and award‑winning TV shows to major sports events and successful console games. We’re not only passionate about entertainment; we also run the world’s largest streaming guide, giving us unparalleled insight into global viewing habits and preferences. Founded in Berlin, we’ve grown into a profitable company with over 200 team members and offices in Los Angeles, Dubai, and London. We’re now looking to strengthen our UK presence with a passionate new team member.
Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for film, TV, and streaming culture? Do you want to take ownership of high‑impact campaigns for the world’s leading studios and streaming platforms – and help shape how we work at scale? We’re scaling our Campaigns Team in the UK – and this is your opportunity to play a leading role alongside major players. At JustWatch, you’ll drive strategy, set the standard, and help build a team and ways of working you’re proud of.
What will you be doing:
- Own and drive the full campaign lifecycle from strategic planning through to launch and performance analysis – using our proprietary internal tools.
- Work on an exciting range of content from indie films to major blockbusters and global series launches.
- Lead media strategy and budget planning across multiple high‑profile clients – you’ll set the direction and be accountable for results.
- Drive experimentation, optimisation at scale, identify systemic improvements to campaign performance, processes, and tooling, and champion them across the team.
- Act as a strategic partner to our Sales and Business Intelligence teams – shaping how we pitch, execute, and measure campaign success.
- Be the senior point of contact for key clients and agencies, building trusted relationships, navigating complex briefs, and setting a high bar for communication across the team.
What we need from you:
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in paid online marketing, with a strong track record of owning strategy and delivering results independently.
- Deep expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics. Plus, the ability to evaluate and adopt new platforms quickly.
- A hands‑on, senior mindset. You lead by example, take full ownership, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Professional and articulate communication skills, especially when dealing with clients.
- A strategic thinker who spots patterns, improves processes, and can translate complex data into clear decisions.
- Excellent English skills – ideally native or near‑native, as you’ll be focusing on UK, AU, and NZ campaigns.
- A results‑driven approach with a genuine sense of accountability. You own your outcomes, learn from mistakes, and push for continuous improvement.
- You’re already based in London, have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship), and can occasionally meet with clients or colleagues in person.
What we offer you:
- A truly international, welcoming team that enjoys collaborating and learning from each other.
- Exciting projects in film and TV marketing – from indie premieres to global cinematic releases.
- A “no‑nonsense” culture – less bureaucracy, more impact. We trust smart people to make smart decisions.
- A transparent, open environment – internally and with clients.
- Personal development opportunities and real freedom to shape your role.
- Hybrid working setup – no office mandates, but we think you’ll want to drop in now and then.
We’re especially excited to hear from candidates who love media and entertainment as much as we do. If you don’t tick every box, don’t worry. We believe in potential over perfection, and value personality, motivation, and cultural fit above all. Studies show that women often apply only if they meet 100% of the criteria, while men apply at 60%. We actively encourage applications from everyone, especially women and underrepresented groups. We’d love to hear from you.
