We are a highly regarded specialist education recruiter and a top provider on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework. You will work alongside a team of successful consultants and support 50+ education candidates in long-term and day-to-day assignments every week.

This Is Not a Customer Service Role
This is a relationship-driven recruitment sales role where success comes from proactive calling, building trust, influencing decisions and delivering excellent service.
You'll spend much of your day making outbound sales calls to Head Teachers, School Business Managers, SLT members, teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals.
Previous telesales, telephone-based sales or business development experience is highly desirable, as the role requires confidence in making frequent outbound calls, handling objections, building rapport quickly and working towards measurable sales targets.
Within six months, we expect you to develop into a high-volume Recruitment Consultant, confidently managing a busy desk, generating vacancies and building a strong pipeline.
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals, identify recruitment needs, source strong candidates and match talent to vacancies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Cold calling schools to identify staffing requirements and secure new vacancies.
- Building long-term relationships with schools, academy trusts and education professionals.
- Making proactive and tenacious outbound calls to generate opportunities, secure vacancies and grow your desk.
- Winning new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Identifying staffing needs and matching the right candidates to the right roles.
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Marketing candidates to schools and managing placements from first call to completion.
- Negotiating placements and commercial agreements.
- Achieving weekly KPIs, activity targets and revenue objectives.

- Retail or hospitality management
- B2B, customer-facing or target-driven sales
No recruitment experience is required.

Location & Working Hours
Full-time, office-based role
Monday to Friday
Term Time – 40 hours per week across office opening times of: 7:00am - 5:00pm
We work hard during our busiest periods to deliver exceptional service to schools and candidates.
School Holidays
Reduced working hours give our teams time to recharge while continuing to support clients.
