We are seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic EYFS Nursery & Preschool Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery setting in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early years professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Support childrens' learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record childrens' progress.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Support childrens' personal, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
- Experience working in a nursery or preschool environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, positive, and professional attitude.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Pre-requisites:
- Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
- Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
