This full-time role starts in September and focuses on delivering highly personalised learning for pupils with complex needs, emphasising communication, life skills and emotional development in a structured, supportive setting. You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to implement individual learning plans and use approaches such as PECS or Makaton to support communication.
