Justteachers Ltd are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Spalding. The role is full-time from September 2026, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 inside and outside the classroom to help them access learning and develop confidence.
You will work with teachers to deliver interventions and contribute to students' social, emotional and behavioural development, with experience with young people and strong communication skills.
