justteachers are partnering with welcoming SEN schools in Rugby to recruit dedicated SEN Support Staff for roles starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children with additional needs.
You will support pupils with a range of SEN, assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, and help promote wellbeing and safeguarding throughout the school day.
