About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Rugby to recruit a Reception Teacher. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a thriving Early Years provision with excellent indoor and outdoor facilities and a strong emphasis on learning through play. Staff are supported through ongoing professional development and coaching opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging EYFS provision
- Support early communication and language skills
- Monitor pupil development and progress
- Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
