Role:
- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism
- Assist with tailored learning activities and routines
- Support communication, social, and emotional development
- Help manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning experience
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND, particularly ASD
- Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
