About the role:
Justteachers are recruiting for a passionate KS3 SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Nuneaton from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support secondary-aged students with additional needs, preparing them for further education and life beyond school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3
- Develop and implement individual learning plans based on EHCPs
- Track and report on student progress, adapting teaching as required
- Foster independence, confidence, and social development in pupils
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Take on full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking
Pre-requisites:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching KS3 and working with SEN pupils
- Understanding of complex needs and behaviour management strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and resilient approach to teaching
