About the role:
We are looking for an organised, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary school in Kings Lynn from September 2026. This is a full-time role and will be on long-term supply with the potential of becoming permanent.
The school are an ambitious and well thought-of Secondary School on the outer skirts of Thetford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils understanding
- Maintain a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment
- Pastoral responsibilities may be included
Pre-requisites:
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable)
- Degree, Level 3 qualification, or relevant experience desirable
- Ability to provide 2 education or school based references
