About the role:
Justteachers is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Kettering. This full-time role starts in September 2026 and runs until July 2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons
- Support pupils in achieving EHCP outcomes
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Two references within the last two years from a related field
