About the role:
justteachers are recruiting for a dedicated Specialist Teacher to join a growing specialist education setting in Grantham, full-time in September 2026. - Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through structured approaches
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
- Contribute to the continued development of the provision as it expands
