Justteachers is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Coventry team. No prior recruitment experience is necessary, we value transferable skills and provide comprehensive training.

Compensation & Working Hours
Year 1, £35,000 to £40,000 realistic earnings (OTE). Year 2 onwards, £45,000 to £50,000 plus (OTE) On target earnings based on a £26,600 base salary plus bonus and commission. Working Hours: Term time, Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift, between the hours of 7 am & 5 pm. School holidays, 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 1pm on Fridays, fully paid.
