About the Role:
justteachers is working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EAL (English as an Additional Language) Support professional to join their team.

Key Details:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Based within a secondary school setting
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to EAL students, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist students in developing English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and strategies for EAL learners
- Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback where appropriate
- Promote inclusion and positive engagement within the school community
Pre-requisites:
- Experience supporting EAL learners (school-based experience desirable)
- Understanding of language acquisition and inclusive learning strategies
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
