About the role:
A dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Bradford is seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher of Female PE to join its committed team. This role is to start in September 2026. The role is full-time with the opportunity to go permanent.
This role offers the opportunity to inspire students through sport, fitness, and healthy living, while contributing to a thriving PE department. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development
- Contribute to extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and events
- Support whole-school initiatives around health and wellbeing
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physical Education
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive practice
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
- Two school based references
