About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a committed SEN Behaviour Coach to join a welcoming school in the Bradford area on a long-term basis.
This full-time role is available to start in September with shortlisting currently in progress. The school offers a supportive and well-structured environment, with a strong emphasis on helping pupils with special educational needs build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and access learning effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to pupils with SEN on a one‑to‑one or small‑group basis throughout the school day
- Implementing structured behaviour strategies and encouraging positive emotional development
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to deliver consistent support
Pre-requisites:
- Relevant experience within a SEN, behaviour support, or pastoral setting
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional or complex needs
- A sound understanding of behaviour management and de‑escalation techniques
- Two education or school‑based references
