About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team at a Bradford Primary school.
This role is five days per week working 8.30am – 3.30pm and will run on a long-term basis starting in September 2026.
The successful candidate will be working at an one form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a year 3 pupil with an EHCP for SEMH
- Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs
- Build a trusted and positive relationship with the pupil
Pre-requisites:
- Experience working with EHCPs
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Two school-based references
