The Contribution You Will Bring To This Role
Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, the Sales Manager UK & Ireland plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales, focusing on driving new business development in the workplace safety market encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management in the UK and Ireland. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach and developing new sales opportunities across the region. You will participate in short and medium-term business strategies, defining future budgets, sales bridges and business plans. This role offers opportunities for advancement within 3-5 years as you contribute to organizational goals. We foster and develop talent to provide long-term career opportunities and engage employees to drive success.

What You Will Do At Justrite
- Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets in the UK and Ireland.
- Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners to reach new areas in the market.
- Create, plan, and implement a strategy aligned with a global sales strategy for short-, medium-, and long-term success.
- Identify new distributors and end-users who will drive sales growth in the region.
- Educate distributor partners on how to sell Justrite’s workplace safety products.
- Conduct joint visits to end-users with product sales specialists to educate them and improve end-user engagements.
- Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts and service long-tail customers.
- Drive new product introductions into the region by leveraging end-user specifications and focused channel partners.
- Identify key end-users in targeted verticals and support Marketing in Voice of Customer collection for future product development.
- Develop a growth strategy with strategic analysis, market trends, new relationships, and quarterly/annual sales forecasts and targets.
- Provide a clear roadmap of business development initiatives across industrial markets and ongoing recommendations.
- Own UK and Ireland accounts, budget planning, implementation, and submission for capital expenditures.
- Manage and leverage relationships with current clients while developing new opportunities.
- Develop understanding of target markets and companies; research prospective accounts and pursue leads to successful meetings and contracts.
- Attend industry functions, association events and conferences to learn about industry developments in workplace safety products. Travel as required.
- Identify the best reach to market via Justrite sales teams and increased distributors or agents.
Your Skills And Expertise
To ensure success from day one, the following qualifications are required at a minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- 10+ years of proven success in sales, with over half in territory sales management, in a multi-channel environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce and statistical analysis software
- Experience building and managing sales teams, deep sales process knowledge, and implementing a metrics-based organization
- Comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% or more
- Fluency in English

- Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus
- Customer focus, accountability, strategic mindset, ability to motivate and inspire, effective communication, strong commercial and financial acumen, strong networking
Compensation
The compensation will be commensurate with experience. This role is eligible for an incentive plan to enhance total compensation when Justrite Safety Group and its business units achieve annual targets. Justrite offers evaluation supporting professional and financial growth based on results and objectives.
