We are a leading UK-based provider of contractor management technology and workforce solutions for the hospitality, leisure and facilities sectors. With a national contractor network and proprietary platform, Event UK helps businesses drive efficiency by streamlining how they source, manage, and pay pre-approved workers across thousands of locations across the UK. The Company also operates JustPay, a mobile app that connects individual contractors to job opportunities with transparent pricing and same-day payment functionality.

We are looking for a commercially sharp new-business closer to drive immediate revenue and gross profit across Hospitality & Leisure as well as adjacent markets.

Competitive Salary and profit-based commission

This is a pure sales execution role, focused on winning and converting high-probability, quick-win opportunities using our existing tech and capabilities (no dependency on new product builds).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the full new business sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Closing deals that protect margin and generate real profit, across our product family.
  • Converting immediate value opportunities with minimal tech changes.
  • Supporting growth across our newly acquired business and our new product offerings.
  • Working closely with tech, other commercial team members, and operations.

Key elements of the role:

  • Commission paid on gross profit, not revenue.
  • Tiered commission rates.
  • Clear mandate to close quickly, not just 'build pipeline'.
  • Real autonomy and visibility working directly with leadership.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a proven track record in new business sales and closing.
  • Strong commercial network which translates easily to sales with our contractor technology.
  • Are strong in negotiation, able to explain complex technology simply to customers.
  • Thrive in a performance-led, fast-paced and commission-driven environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces and gig economy sales is a big plus, but attitude, pace, and commercial instinct matter most.
