As our marketing team scales its channel investment and ambition, we need a sharp analytics and operations professional to help us measure what matters, build the audiences that power our campaigns, and drive a rigorous test-and-learn culture. Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, you’ll be the operational backbone of the channel marketing team, owning the dashboards and reporting frameworks that channel leads rely on every day.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on turning complex data into clear insight and actionable audiences. You’ll work closely with channel marketing leads, data engineers, and finance partners to ensure the marketing team is always measuring, activating, and optimising with confidence.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Channel Reporting & Performance Visibility: Build and own the dashboards and reporting frameworks that give channel marketing leads a clear view of campaign performance across paid, owned, and CRM channels.
  • Audience Segmentation & CDP Activation: Own the creation and management of marketing audiences in Hightouch, translating customer data into precise segments that power multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Partner with the Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to build and execute a dedicated testing roadmap, designing experiments that generate actionable learnings.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Maintain clean, reliable data pipelines between our analytics stack, data warehouse, and activation platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Channel Marketing Reporting: Build, own, and iterate on dashboards and performance reports for all marketing channels, giving channel leads the visibility they need to optimize in real time.
  • Audience Segmentation & Hightouch CDP Activation: Own the end-to-end process for building and managing marketing audiences in Hightouch.
  • Experimentation & Testing Program: Partner with the Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to design, build, and maintain a structured experimentation and testing roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Data Operations: Act as the primary analytics partner for channel marketing leads, translating data into insight and supporting their decision-making.

Experience & Background

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related discipline.
  • Manager or Senior Manager-level experience, with the confidence to own a workstream independently.
  • Proven experience working directly with channel marketing teams.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in BigQuery or a comparable modern data warehouse environment.
