JustOT is seeking an experienced Adults Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join our agency team in Herefordshire. You will undertake complex assessments, lead on risk management, oversee equipment and housing adaptations, and provide supervision and mentoring to OT staff and students.
HCPC registration and strong experience in adult social care or community OT are required; you will work in multidisciplinary teams to support service development and maximise independence for adults.
