Hourly rate :£31.97 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 7 years of experience.
Experience and training in single handed care reviews.
Shropshire Council is conducting a Single-Handed Care Review project, which involves evaluating existing care packages for clients in Shropshire. The role entails performing 10 single-handed assessments per week over 15 weeks, aiming to provide appropriate equipment to reduce the reliance on carers, thereby enhancing independence and improving clients\’ wellbeing.
Responsibilities include ordering and managing equipment needs assessed under the Care Act (2014) and collaborating closely with the Adult Social Care team to reassess existing support plans.
