Occupational Therapist - ABI / Spinal

JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Spinal / Brain Injury Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £22- £26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Working Hours:

– Monday to Friday (full time, 5 days)
– 09:00 to 17:00

Skills/Experience Required:

1. Experience working with Acute Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Rehabilitation and Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness.
2. Able to complete thorough initial assessments and work collaboratively with MDT.
3. Confident with treatment of complex and specialist cases within the field of neurological therapy.
4. Good understanding of the relationship between physical, cognitive, psychological and social dimensions of illness. Knowledge of current legislation.
5. Ability to conduct appropriate Risk Assessments as needed.
6. Good communication skills.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
