Our client is looking for a Lead Occupational Therapist Band 7 to provide senior clinical leadership and strategic direction for the Occupational Therapy service within the school. Deliver a highly specialist, evidence-based service for children with complex neurodevelopmental needs, ensuring integration across the transdisciplinary team and alignment with organisational strategy, clinical standards, and school goals.
Job Role:
- Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs
- Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach
- Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines
- Support families through collaborative, strengths-based goal-setting
- Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Requirements:
- HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
- Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
- Confident, compassionate leadership
