Locum Band 6 Winter Pressure Occupational Therapist - Lancashire
JustOT is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a team in Lancashire on a locum basis, supporting the service during the busy winter pressure period.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced clinical environment and help support patient flow, timely assessments and safe discharges.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working at Band 6 level.
- Experience within an acute hospital, community or urgent care setting.
- Confidence managing a varied and demanding caseload.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and discharge planning skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
