JustOT are recruiting for an HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Milton Keynes.
Hourly rate: £42‑£45 depending on experience (umbrella) per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours & Days to be Worked: Initial 2 weeks office based, then up to 2 days from home dependent on needs of service.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registered
- 3 years Social Services experience
We are seeking candidates with the management and supervisory skills to be able to hit the ground running supporting the Access (front door) and Older people Review Team. Please note that there is an expectation for candidates to be office based daily for the first 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team.
- Provide visible leadership and direction to the team.
- Provide supervision and line management to the deputy team manager and Access team staff.
- Ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled, quality check and approve assessments, care plans and contact forms ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Offer support, information and guidance to unqualified workers.
