Community Senior Occupational Therapist ASC

The role will include completing assessments for complex equipment and adaptations in people’s homes.

There will be a focus on completing manual handling assessments, so the applicant will need to have experience of completing these and writing up plans to be used by care staff.

The service is currently looking at ensuring that care packages are right sized, so understanding of person centered care leading to decisions about whether single or double handed care required is also beneficial.
