Case Worker Childrens Occupational Therapist

We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist dedicated to Children Services to support our Waiting List Clearance Project.

Unlike traditional hourly roles, this position operates on a Payment by Case Closure model, designed for high-performing Occupational Therapists who want flexibility and rewards based on throughput.

Requirements

  • Minimum Commitment: This is a limited project of approximately 10 cases in total.
  • System Knowledge: Prior experience with Mosaic is highly desirable to ensure rapid case closure.
  • Autonomy: This role is for locums with extensive social care experience in children's services, who are comfortable hitting the ground running without significant clinical supervision.
  • Induction: Mandatory 2 day system induction and 1 day moving and handling induction is provided, after which cases are allocated in batches of 5.

Induction/training payment will be paid after completion of 5 cases.
