JustOT is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join a small, supportive team in Wales. You will manage a complex social services caseload from day one, including adaptations and equipment provision, and you will work autonomously to assess and intervene with a person-centred approach.
You will liaise with service users, families and colleagues to set goals, conduct risk assessments, supervise assistants, and act as a fieldwork educator. Availability to work four days a week is essential.
