Since launching in 2015, they’ve become one of the UK’s leading online beauty destinations, delivering salon-quality haircare, trending cosmetics and must-have beauty brands directly to hundreds of thousands of loyal customers across the UK.
They are now looking for a Junior Buyer to join their growing commercial team and play a key role in managing supplier relationships, stock levels and product performance across the Justmylook portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised buying professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you’ll support the management of key beauty brands while helping to ensure stock availability, supplier performance and commercial opportunities are maximised.
- Managing and buying across a selection of brands within the Justmylook portfolio
- Raising and managing purchase orders in line with the buying cycle
- Chasing overdue orders and communicating delivery updates with the warehouse team
- Monitoring sales spikes and stock performance to ensure customer demand is met
- Reviewing stock levels against sales data and making commercially relevant recommendations
- Negotiating promotions and offers with suppliers to support trading activity
- Supporting wider business functions with ad hoc commercial and operational tasks where required
Previous experience within a buying or purchasing role, ideally within beauty. Highly numerate with strong analytical and commercial awareness. A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support across the wider business. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and professional written content.
