As the business continues to scale at pace, they are now looking to bring in an Assistant Buyer to support the team and play a key role in driving product performance across the site.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic buying function. You’ll work closely with the wider team, supporting day‑to‑day operations while developing a strong foundation in buying. Key responsibilities include:
- Chasing overdue orders, managing back orders and liaising with the warehouse on delivery schedules
- Maintaining stock files and setting up new product codes on internal systems
- Uploading products to the website outlet as required
- Compiling KPI spreadsheets to track and analyse business performance
- Supporting with staff timesheets and wider administrative duties
- Providing ad‑hoc support across teams, offering exposure beyond traditional buying responsibilities
