We are recruiting for an experienced service advisor to join the team at our Blackburn Citroen and Leapmotor dealership.
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Other responsibilities for the role are:
- Dealing with necessary paperwork
- Preserving a high level of house keeping at all times
- Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being services/repaired.
- Processing payments and follow up actions.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in the motor industry in the service advisor role
- No specific qualifications needed
- A good level of computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure

- £28730 Basic Salary and up to an uncapped £33000 OTE per year
