We are looking for proficient and experienced professionals in the health‑care sector, specifically as Support Workers, Homecare Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Nurses, to support service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with dementia. We provide attractive hourly rates, flexible work schedules, and weekly pay.
Role and Responsibilities- Assist all aspects of the care role as part of the team.
- Support mobility and help service users move around.
- Provide personal care such as undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and pad changes.
- Assist with meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of the service users, maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Use mechanical and non‑mechanical aids to help residents when moving.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities, updating notes in care plans as required.
- Hard‑working and honest.
- Valid care training certificate.
- Full, valid driving licence (personal vehicle an advantage).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Willing to be paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Experience in customer service.
